tbh reading all these "just fix yourself/be better" comments as an avoidant myself kinda hurts. I know they're right but the way some people say it feels like saying "be happy, it's not that hard" to a depressed person. At least for me, it's something that's not easy to fix but still, I am truly trying to. I just wish people had a bit more of empathy or patience for us. We're not monsters, We're humans struggling too.
