It's not closed, just the trail down to swim. Personally I don't think people should swim in Crater Lake anyway.

Yeah repairs and upgrades. I think you can do the swim, it will be extremely cold as it is all snow melt.

You can still see the lake. The trail to the water is the one closing. Is it’s the last summer to swim there. You could handle the swim no problem.Super refreshing and not nearly as cold as blue pool.

Not closing, just the trail going down to the lake for a few years for a rebuild. There’s still lots to do there besides that. I live 2.5 hours away and can go whenever I want
