people can't be held accountable for things while they're actively in psychosis. psychosis takes away your physical ability to rationalize and use judgement. im sick of people just straight up not believing that the symptoms of mental disability actually exist. "well surely she can tell what she's doing is wrong" NO SHE CANT. PSYCHOSIS SHUTS OFF YOUR ABILITY TO DO THAT. it's genuinely like me saying "surely that type 1 diabetic's pancreas IS actually producing insulin... let's hold them accountable for passing out because they made everyone uncomfortable"
