this seems like a long shot but should this help with perioral dermatitis? it’s dry/red/itchy/bumpy/flakey skin under my nose and eye.

its probably the fact that there is no alcohol in it!! alcohol is the one thing that dries out my skin and makes it itch and burn like no other!!

Does the unscented have lanolin or fragrance in it? I’m convinced I need to try it because I’m on my second big eczema flare up this year (& a few here and there) and I don’t wanna use steroids anymore😭
