@cassimanner: 🥩high protein 🕰️ intermittent fasting for 16 hours per day (I only eat between the hours of 10am-6pm) 😴 8-10 hours of quality sleep 💧tons of water & tea 🙅‍♀️no alcohol 🍟no fried, junk, processed, or fast food 🍦1-2 cheat snacks per week: ✨healthy/low-sugar ✨ ice cream, cookies, açaí bowl or banana bread (no junk) 🍞 little to no gluten / starches 💪I locked in on my fitness & nutrition when I got back from my last trip in May. It’s been a little over two months of sticking to this regimen & thank gawd it always works for me. I always come home to these nutritional guidelines because they have served me well the past ten years. I feel the best mentally & physically on this regimen & I hope you try out one or two of them & see how you feel if you’re looking for a full body & mind reset. I have a goal of being the most fit I’ve ever been with each new birthday, so with 29 coming up next month, it was time to lock in before my birthday trip 🔒
