Are you sure it’s the crystal light? When you should be telling people to just squeeze a mf lemon into water. I do half a lemon with water everyday for kidney stones. It’s bc the acid helps break apart/break down the stones

My dad used to get kidney stones like very often. Well doc told him to either drink more water or lemonade and then we started buying these but for gallons and making it at home, he never had another kidney stone.

Unless you’re allergic to artificial sweeteners and can’t drink anything like that. So I’ll just keep adding lemons, limes, or even orange slices to my water.

crystal light mixed with sparkling water is CHEFS KISS! my urologist got me on crystal lighy as im prone to kidney stones and i tried it w sparkling water once and ooooooh my god 😍
