when you go to the deli and order yourself a chicken sandwich or panini, it's made with pre-cooked frozen chicken, this is what you're eating from the delis too

you can’t realistically make pre cooked frozen chicken without additives, its not like fruit or veg which can be just frozen and sold forever

all cooked meat has added sugar and flavouring. its what they cook it in to add flavour- sainsbury's add brown sugar for example on their full cooked chickens
