while the cops should've been de escalating, certain suspicious behavior isn't always covered under suspicion of a crime. a guy filming the insides of cars is suspicious even if it is legal. a guy once stalked an ex and police couldn't do anything about it at the time since he didnt break any laws only for the stalker to later murder the girl. I feel this gray area needs to be discussed a bit more.

This camera guy is Sean Paul Reyes. He was in prison for armed robbery for 3 years. He learned the legal bs in prison. He goes around public places and records using the freedom of press as an excuse. All he wants is content for social media. Total waste of resources.
