See this is what I'm talking about now. she's going to sue and then the police department is going to have to pay out all that money and then guess where that money is coming from. it's coming from the taxpayers and it's just a never-ending cycle of police corruption, lawsuits and loss of money to the taxpayers.

Its not hard. Check on, see if she needs anything and let her be. Its not a criminal call, it was a welfare check. They dont have the right to demand ID in this situation either.
