Indonesian style jumbo shrimp, fried, glazed, and finished with a deep garlic butter sauce. 🦐🔥 Indonesian Style Jumbo Butter & Garlic Shrimp Yield: 2–3 servings Inspo: @Veronica Indrawan Marinade 14–16 jumbo shrimp or prawns, deveined 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp ABC sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp lime juice 2–3 tbsp cornstarch Oil, for frying Toss shrimp with all marinade ingredients until well coated. Marinate for 30 minutes. Deep-fry shrimp for 2–3 minutes, or until just cooked through. Set aside. Garlic Butter & Veg ½ onion, cut into squares 8 scallions, cut into 2 cm pieces 8 garlic cloves, minced 3 tbsp butter Sauce 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce 5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tbsp ABC chili sauce 2 tsp sugar 2 tsp salt 4 tbsp water 1 tbsp lime juice Heat a wok or pan over medium heat. Melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes (do not brown). Add sauce and simmer 1–2 minutes. Add shrimp and toss to coat, cooking 1–2 minutes until sauce clings.
