100 reps a day is too much. Would you train other muscle groups 100 reps every day, of course not. Rest between workouts is important. You could probably do your abs 2 to 3 days a week max - also go slower on the negative your abs have a lot of type 2 b muscle fibers which are activated on the way down so control your wraps on the way down as well.
