@sophiemorrisofficial: Watch until the end to see a brilliant wrap hack! I want to emphasise that I’m not telling people to cut the typical wraps from the supermarket out of their diet, in fact I really hope I never come across like I’m telling anyone what they should or shouldn’t eat... I don’t believe that’s anybody’s place. What I DO believe is that everyone deserves to make food choices from an informed place! But unfortunately the food industry creates packaging that is designed with all sorts of health claims to make products appear healthier than they are, and so many people are not making informed decisions when food shopping but are being unconsciously swayed by clever marketing! So what I’m really trying to encourage is that everyone starts reading labels before buying! By doing this we gain the awareness to be able to make clever swaps to reduce our level of exposure to ultra processed foods. Like these Fitzgerald’s pizza style wraps which contain really great ingredients and only contain 2g less of protein per wrap from the ultra processed “high protein wraps” and contain MORE fibre! Have you tried these before? I’d love to know! Also 👉 What other foods would you like me to look at? Please comment below ❤️ #sophiesswaps #cleverswaps
275 calories tho. I know lower calorie doesn’t mean healthier. Unfortunately am on a cut

Ingredients don't = whether something is ultra processed or not. These are just ingredients added to the dough. Thats not ultra processed.

There’s a company called Dinah’s Paninettes and they’re AMAZING!! I use their wholewheat as a pizza base. Sold at most of the big shops. They have no preservatives so must be stored in the freezer , which is why they have poor reviews because people don’t add 2+2 when it comes to this. I love them. They’re so thin they thaw in minutes & 6 min in my mini oven gives perfect crispy “pizza crust” for about 50cal
