This car stop is not a reflecting of a police officer,.. He is fishing, his questioning is his own questioning looking for something to lock her up for! I Never did this in my career of 30 years! Now if you have a different scenario that may give you an indication or a reasonable suspicion to ask all those questions and bring the dog out then so be it. This was totally stereotype. And most likely due to the type of vehicle she was driving probably a high in vehicle.!
