Humans need to understand that whales are wild animals, not entertainment, and they cannot communicate on our terms. They’re not like dolphins—and even dolphins don’t deserve isolation. Whales are meant to roam vast oceans, not be confined. This whale was trained in the same repetitive tasks over and over with Jessica, and didn’t know when to stop—it’s not the whale’s fault, it’s the unnatural training pattern. If anything, humans should spend 24/7 in the water to truly grasp the isolation, stress, and exploitation we force on them. Justice for the whale.
