How did they get the product if they didn’t pay for it? I’ve ordered custom desert. I put a deposit and pay as it gets closer to event. I pick up my items and pay in full before I pick up. They never give me the desert until they’re paid in full.

As you should ask for money upfront. Too many people are not paying small businesses so u have to protect yourself
