i broke my foot 6 months ago. its not healing so now i have surgery next month

I’m in the next chapter and I do really well in the morning after I take a Tylenol give me a couple hours and I’m back to limping. I keep thinking please know that am still hurt! I’m not better SMH.

How can you get up and down the steps , I’m 2 weeks post op fib and tib fracture and I can’t without hopping 😪but I’m pregnant so they don’t want me hopping they want me to “ lift “ all my weight and take steps
