@zohran_k_mamdani: Whether you were dancing along to the sounds of the güira or to dembow, you could feel the incredible energy of New York City’s Dominican community yesterday on 6th Avenue at every step. There are more than a million Dominicans in New York City and yesterday’s parade I felt every bit of that pride. Thank you to everyone who welcomed me in to celebrate the vibrant, beautiful culture and community that does so much for our city.
