He’s living off his elderly dad so obviously he’s doing something wrong that they waited until his father left and proceeded to evict him. Everyone was on board unfortunately this is a common problem with adult children regardless of age living off their parents.

You literally have to go to court! There’s a squatter law and you can be in a house up to a year before they actually evict you the court it’s hard to get evicted these days
