@cozyfoodwithemi: raspberry white chocolate blondies blondie: 3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter, softened 2 cups (250g) flour 1 1/4 tsp (5g) baking powder 1/2 tsp (3g) salt 3/4 cup (150g) dark brown sugar 3/4 cup (150g) light brown sugar 1 tsp (4g) vanilla 2 eggs 3/4 cup (120g) white chocolate 1/2 cup (10g) freeze dried raspberries cream together butter and sugar until smooth and then add vanilla and eggs. set aside. in another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. combine the dry and wet until barely combine (you still want to see flour streaks) and then add in your chopped white chocolate and the raspberries. don't overmix. pour into 9x9 pan and top with extra white chocolate (optional). bake at 325 for 38-42 min. optional: drizzle on some melted white chocolate (or a ganache) and crushed freeze dried raspberries!! #raspberry #whitechocolate #blondies #baking #Recipe
