@sohonutrition: CREAMY GOCHUJANG SAUSAGE PASTA 🍝 This was so delicious and easy to put together 😍 Make sure to save for later and try for yourself☝🏼 •549 kcals per portion •18g PRO, 52g CHO, 30g FAT Serves 4: -240g of uncooked pasta of choice -1 tbsp of olive oil -2 cloves of garlic, minced -1 red onion, finely diced -4 large sausages, skins removed -1 tsp of paprika -Chilli flakes -20g of gochujang paste -100ml of light cream -100ml of pasta water -Salt/pepper -1 tbsp of Parmesan plus 4 tsp for garnish -Fresh parsley, chopped Method: 1. Add the pasta to a pot of boiling water. Cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and keep pasta water. 2. Heat a pan on medium heat with oil. Add the garlic and onion and fry u til softened. 3. Remove the skin from the sausage and add to the pan. Break down and fry for 5-10 minutes. 4. Season with paprika and a sprinkle of chilli flakes. 5. Add the gochujang paste and cream. Mix well. 6. Add in the cooked pasta along with 100ml of pasta water. Mix together and simmer until the sauce reduces (add more water if needed). 7. Season with salt/pepper and mix in the parmesan. 8.
