There’s actually a way to make one of these kinds of bracelets out of cardboard, youn get seven strings and a price or cardboard in a circle with eight tiny slits and a hole in the middle, pit the strings through the hole then put each string in a slit. There should be one empty slit, starting at the empty slot counting three slits up bring the strings through in the 3rd slot to the empty slit then turn the circle so the empty slit is in front and bring the 3rd sting to the empty slot and repeat the process to you get to to the length you want.
