As an ex tow truck operator.... I can tell you it's not the tow truck operator that's the problem. If the police are involved it's the police departments that push and rush the drivers to get the vehicles cleaned uo and moved off the roads.

In Los Angeles there are predatory tow trucks that will show up and start hooking up a car without anyone calling them.

only scabs/solicitors are doing that. legit company arent even called until PD has complete their investigation/documentation for the report. even if they call us early we not allowed to hook until all clear from the lead officer/troopers
