In 2 days itll be two months since I decided to give myself the challenge of 365 days to change my life, and I genuinely can’t believe how much better I feel already and how different my life feels. At 52 it felt daunting (and scary!) 🫣😅 to put myself on TikTok but also challenge myself and hold myself accountable to actually make a big shift! It has felt overwhelming and still does on some days but I’m taking it step by step, Im walking myself through it bit by bit and I’m determined. I made a promise to myself to make at least one video a day on TikTok to show up, not just on here but in life to find myself and my voice again and my spark. Going into week 9 I am so happy that I feel that spark back again, and I actually feel excited and hopeful about life once again (it had been a long time since I had). Ive still got a long way to go i know but one thing Im making sure I do is make time for happiness because thats so important in life right ?😁👌😍 So as well as the habits, routine, beliefs and focus of where I put my mind, I’ve also made sure to intentionally make time for more fun on a daily basis even if it’s small moments because the small moments of happiness make up a happy life 😁 I have been so so encouraged and surprised by how much support and kind words ive received so far and I am hugely grateful. I also really hope that I can maybe inspire or encourage others to join me because I do believe that helping each other in life is so important, after all we’re all in this journey of life together and our shared experiences and being human is what unites us 😁 Im also determined to make my TikTok account a place to rest your heart when you need to reset and help uplift each other, and I don’t care if that sounds cheesy and cringe 😅🤣 it’s genuinely how I feel!
