My honest review of NOBL. I really wanted to love these suitcases, but the overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
First, the sizing is extremely misleading. On paper, the expandable carry-on sounds like it should provide adequate packing space, but in reality the clamshell design makes both sides very shallow. Once you add even a couple pairs of shoes, you’re out of room. For a premium-priced suitcase, the usable packing space feels poorly designed and not at all intuitive. The trunk version isn’t much better—it’s marketed as an upgrade, but the actual capacity difference is minimal. It’s more of a layout change than a true increase in space, which feels a bit deceptive.
Customer service was another major issue. Responses were slow and sporadic, often taking close to a week to hear back. That’s especially frustrating given they only allow a 100-day return window—time that quickly disappears while you’re waiting for support to respond.
The return policy is where things really cross the line. Charging around $100 per suitcase to return them, plus a 5% restocking fee, is excessive—especially for a product at this price point. It feels even more unreasonable when you realize they’ll waive those fees if you “upgrade,” which comes across as a tactic to push customers into spending more rather than fairly handling returns.
Overall, the combination of misleading sizing, poor packing usability, slow customer service, and an expensive, restrictive return policy made this a disappointing purchase. For a brand positioned as premium, the experience simply doesn’t match the price. DO NOT BUY NOBL
