I remember sobbing and telling my husband I was embarrassed by it when I went back to work. He held me and told me to cry as much as I needed.

i experienced the nighttime scaries too. i’m only 9 days PP but it’s getting better. I cried and slept in the living room with either my husband or mother in law the first few days of being home. It felt like something would happen to her if I slept, I cried thinking something was wrong with her every night. I’m somewhat better now and so grateful to my in laws and husband for helping me through this. PP is hard.
