When they sell the house or she puts it in her name, they’ll have to pay the lien off. After the primary & possibly 2nd lien is paid. They’ll deduct from Simon’s portion. It’s not a big deal. In the interim he’s paying the mortgage which goes towards the principle. Depending on the interest rate, that could be substantial. Simon is playing 3 Card Monty😝

Let's just say the equity he put into this house is $1.5M, coz he is still paying the mortgage. He has 50% of that 1.5, so that leave each party with 750k equity, since it's 50/50. With a lien on a house, you can't sell that house without the debt paid off. we know he is not paying no mortgage or alimony. That man cannot be forced to pay from another continent. Either ways, Porsha didn't win this one. she could have better stayed married to that man.

Chances are Simon has some assets in the US or somewhere that Porsha can access. Unless her lawyer got his degree five minutes ago he should’ve locked down holds and access to his funds since he was already out of the country
