can use a 5 pin relay to run orange halos then have them flash with turn signals, if I remember off the top of my head it will be 87 and 87a to halo orange and one unused 30 constant 12V source, 86 ground, 85 to turn signal power, the orientation of 87 and 87a you'd have to test I don't remember which is the no power open and which is the power closed side your ensentially cutting power to the light in the same timing as the factory turn signal
