Meals, routines, my expectations… because I realized I couldn’t keep running on empty. By my third, I gave myself permission to trust my instincts, let go of perfection, and focus on what really mattered—being present. Motherhood has taught me that the goal isn’t to do it all perfectly—it’s to create space for what matters most.
