With autoclave sterilization you want to make the lids a bit lose so they dont explode. Do pressure cookers make that not an issue?

Hey man, when withdrawing into a syringe, do you use 18g or 16g? I find the 16g better for sucking up the myc but it makes shit of my SHIPs. It's hard where I am to find non blunt 18g (I'm not in North America) can you she's some wisdom on my syringe dilemma pls n thx
