3000/mo for a child is ludicrous.....there needs to be a cap for child support. I bet they NEVER spent 3000$/mo on their child when they were together. this is what prenups are for guys. #dontbestupid

Although they are getting to coparent now you never know what happens later. I regret not doing this. we agreed on something? couple of years later he found a woman and he gives me maybe $200 a month! when I beg for it, and his CS was set at $350 per week, since he makes $75p/h. I regret not having it garnished.

I agree with the judge because it always happens when we think it’s going good then the guy decides he don’t wanna be good anymore then we have to go back to court so unfortunately something happened in the beginning and that’s why they are in court now.

A judge shouldn’t have the authority to override the parents. Men need to stop getting women pregnant! Once a woman get pregnant, she changes! It’s all abt her and the baby ! The father is left out ! The woman teams up with the state , the state takes over your family and decides what’s best for you.

It seems like they’re able to co parent outside of the court. So why get the courts involved smh this is why men end up choosing not to do extra for their children. Child support is insane smh

This is wrong- child support is wrong I do not believe in child support- i have 6 kids- if we were to separate an i decided i was bitter an put him on child support how would he live? it should be mom pays on her time dad pays on his time split school an doctors an activities-
