It’s also natures Ozempic. I’ve bought fenugreek seeds grind them up and a coffee grinder and put them in capsules and take them.

Warning for anyone who does take feugreek, it makes you VERY fertile! I took it almost 4 years ago and ended up pregnant with twins, started taking bearvana that has feugreek in it and lo and behold I’m pregnant again!

Fenugreek is amazing, for women breast feeding it helps with milk production, it does indeed help with breast growth! Idk about weight gain help cuz I’m also eating more for that purpose lol
