so when I heal flip I remember needing to always remember to suck my leg back in because I had a habit of of stretching it and wouldn't land. seems like you do that as well.

the big key to heel flips hang your toes off to the side and your other foot in regular olie position i know alot of tutorials say different pop that foot foot hard bend back knee and there ya go I got them in one day
