I had similar but not as swollen, turned out I had sepsis as a result, go to urgent care and get treated before it gets worse!

I HAD SOMETHING VERY SIMILAR ON MY BACK IT COULD BE MRSA! That black dot in the center is a usual indicator, highly suggest going to the doctor to get it drained and get on some medicine!
