@sophiemorrisofficial: On 11th August 2024 I walked into Lidl and filmed my first food labels video. It went viral and I continued to make supermarket ‘clever swap’ videos every day after that.. which has resulted in over 500,000 of you following along this journey with me in just 1 year! 🤯 In that year I also got to write a book I’m really proud of which will be out in the world in just a few weeks… how wild is life??!! You really never know what’s around the corner.. two years ago I was turning 40, trying to get back to work with low confidence as I really thought my career in food was over. I had shut down my business after my eldest son was born because I physically and mentally wasn’t able to keep it going and ended up staying at home for 5 years to be with my boys. I lost a lot of confidence in those years and really felt like a failure because of what had happened with my business. Fast forward two years and here I am! Helping people make more fully informed choices in the supermarket which is benefiting their health, AND with all your help creating change in supermarkets with more shelf space being given to better quality products - many of which are amazing small food producers!
