I had a 100 yr old pecan tree and 2 that were about 25 yrs old in my front yard. While my husband served in the military we rented our house out because he got stationed to another base in another state. While we were gone the lady who rented had the electric company cut down the 3 pecan trees in my front yard. We were mortified! These trees were paper shell pecans which are the highest quality you can buy.

I would like to know what was the ruling in court? Replant everything as big as possible and pay 300 000 in damages. You cant replace 150 year old trees.
