I mean, the amount of patient deaths and ADRs that would happen if we “just put it in the bag” would be unreal. Pharmacist literally are the last step to ensure the right med goes to the right patient. The public would be shocked if they knew how many scripts we correct by all prescribers.

I’m a clerk and even I dont “just put it in the bag “ ..the amount of times a day I have to ask what glucose machine the patient uses so they don’t take the wrong testing strips lol
