In any other country in the world where R11bill is stolen through corrupt activities the government would make it a priority to find and punish the criminals? Why is RSA on a daily basis we hear about Billions being stolen but not a word of people being jailed or money being retrieved. The only one of late that got punished is Shaun Mkhize. The ANC is in on every deal and are not even hiding it. They are laughing at the citizens whilst children sleep under bridges and dig through rubbish for food.
