HOA can't evict you if you are paying a mortgage. They also can't tell you how to decorate your home. HOA takes care of the neighborhood not the homes in it. Get some advice from your lawyer. Get a restraining order against him or other HOA members that harass you

This guy can’t evict you that’s your home! You pay the mortgage ! The Hoa can’t tell you what to do are how to decorate! He’s violating, and stalking,harassment! He can’t fine you for that! I would contact the Hoa president about this guy always at your door lurking around violating,intruding,invading your privacy and rights! And let them know what is going on you have the evidence! I would call the cops on him for trespassing,stalking and threatening you! And take him to court and fight the fines! This guy no he don’t have the ground to be doing illegal things! I would sued him and get a restraining order against him preventing him from coming on private property, and stalking,threatening,violating your rights,security,freedom! You can stop him from doing it! You can have whatever you want on your door! He’s bullying,controlling like he’s your father, and you are his child! The Hoa don’t have the right that your house! He’s disrespecting you this guy is crazy! 🙄
