@dr_abolghasemi: Ivermectin and Mebendazole in Aggressive Undifferentiated Stage 4 Lung Cancer – 49-Year-Old Patient from Lebanon Achieves Remarkable PET/CT Results in 4–5 Months We work with cancer patients worldwide, and today’s report comes from Lebanon. A 49-year-old woman was diagnosed with aggressive undifferentiated Stage 4 Lung Cancer. Treatment initiated on February 15, 2025: Ivermectin — 1.5 mg/kg/day Mebendazole — 1500 mg/day PET/CT scan results after 4–5 months: Right lower lobe primary tumor: reduced from 6 cm (SUVmax 16.5) to 3 cm (SUVmax 8) — an 87.5% reduction in tumor volume (Grok calculation). Left upper lobe nodule: decreased from 5 mm to 3 mm. Right internal mammary large adenopathy: fully resolved. Multiple liver metastases: fully resolved. Multiple porta-hepatis and retroperitoneal lymph nodes: fully resolved. Skeletal metastases: near-complete resolution of tumors in L5 and S1. Right iliac bone tumors: 70–80% improvement; SUVmax decreased from 18.5 to 6.5. These PET/CT results demonstrate exceptional tumor regression across multiple metastatic sites.
