What was they get a $200 fine if anything gets stolen somebody accesses through the garage or steal stuff they got a bigger lawsuit than that $200 fine I would sue the shit out of the complex and at home owner policy bullshit if it was me, I’ll say you can give me that fine and my turtle will give you more anything gets stolen. You’ll have to pay for everything. He got stolen for making me leave my garage door open.

Force the hoa to keep their doors unlocked. make a post about the rule update and that all hoa houses at these locations must abide. i guarantee thet will lock their doors. 😂
