I am 18 and have hair loss my one side receded more than other one side is ok but both side have baby hairs currently I am using topical mixture of minoxidal 5% and finestride0. 25% last 8 weak and natural dht blocker supplement tretnion cream 0.5 please🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 suggest me what should I do continue this routine or shift to oral finestride I loss 30 to 40 hairs daily even I am on treatment and may be 50 or more hairs fall whenever I shampoo my hair with ketoconazol

If someone wants to take oral minoxidil and finasteride, how much from the minoxidil a week is recommended? And how much from the finasteride a week is recommended? I'm just 20 years old and my hair looks fine right now, but I see very early signs of thinning in the sides of my head and I want to start early before it gets worse
