No t&p, no condensate drain, drip leg is incorrect, no expansion tank, drainage fittings on vent should be pressure rated.

although you save money on gas at 200 thousand btu compared to 45 thousand btu it would take 15 years to off set the extra cost of a tankless compared to a tank heater. but you did choose the right brand of tankless love navien

I had a Noritz tankless boiler installed. Does heat and hot water. I LOVE IT. it’s amazing. And it is so much smaller than a traditional boiler and water tank. And with gas no oil tank too.
