Coming from an italian, this is an italian dish, "Spaghetti all'assassina" or "Assassin spaghetti". It's called like this because this isnt how youre actually supposed to cook spaghetti, therefore its an Assassin's spagnetti (sorry im not that great at wording its 2am)
