1. Soak it in PENETRENE or some other form of penetrating fluid. Leave forf a couple of hours to a day. (keep squirting it periodically)

Just be aware that smacking it with hammer will deform the light gauge chassis. If you use penetrating oil like CRC or WD40 or CRD spray and let it soak. Tap the bolt with dowel and hammer. Tighten it before un tighten! Can you spray the threads from inside door skin. Question why are you removing door? Have you new hinges??
