I hardly use the dealer because I’m a tech but the price is extortionate. I can get the same Audi branded parts for 1/4 to 1/2 of Whats Audi is selling them for. Absolutely refusal to work on or with anything aftermarket. Has to be OEM only. A complete disconnect between customer and tech. There’s always something lost in translation between tech to service advisor to customer. Plus there is no exciting models for me anymore.

Hopefully Sewell gave you a pay bump for becoming master guild. I know their manager caps everyone at 50 an hour. That’s not a bad rate. Just flag your hours and go home. Audi doesn’t care what techs have to say. Especially one that got on their radar for selling courses online
