@sureetkular: Since I’ve opened up about my journey my therapy, psychotherapy, EMDR sessions, my relationship, friendships, and everything I’ve been sharing I’ve had so many DMs with questions, kind words, and people just reaching out. Honestly, these are exactly the kind of questions I used to have myself. These are the things I needed answers on when I was struggling. I do want to say though, as much as I love connecting here, I don’t think Instagram or TikTok are the best places to really learn or heal deeply. The time limits, the pressure to keep things short, the way the algorithm works it’s just not made for people to share or listen properly. That’s why I always came back to YouTube because there you can really take your time, express yourself fully, and connect with people who truly get it. So this video is me saying thank you again for everyone who’s been asking questions and sharing their stories. I’m sorry if I can’t reply to every single message, but I want you to know I see you, I hear you, and I’m working on sharing answers and real talks on YouTube for everyone to come back to. I want to create a safe space where people can ask anything and know they’ll get a real response, without feeling rushed or judged. For years I had to hide from an audience that wasn’t right for me and that brought a lot of unknown pain and triggers which on top I had to understand and deal with. But I don’t want to hide anymore. This is about my truth, about helping others who are going through their own journeys. Going forward, I’ll be sharing videos once a week on the Best Cover Podcast channel ….opening up, answering your questions, talking about therapy, healing, relationships, and everything in between.
