Hello! I have a question that has been bugging me for a while. Can I do a skill or exercise at another time that isn't in my main workout? It's just my routine is already structured, so I don't want to keep adding more exercises because it will just make the workout longer, and I get pretty busy with school and other stuff, so I always practice my skills a couple of hours after my workout to manage time. However, I wanted to start doing the plank lean, but I don't want to add it to my main routine, so I was wondering if it was okay to train it at a later time? With the proper warm-up, of course. I always change the skill depending on the part of my body I worked that day.
