why don’t you re wire the harness you cut, and vinyl wrap the sensor so it’s blocked. You’ll just get a light on the dash say sensor is blocked and it needs to be cleaned. I get this warning during snow storms.

the radar system is not connected to the ac system. you most likely cut the ambient temp sensor for ac at the same time
