I feel this!! I worked out almost every day of my whole pregnancy (even when it was hard and I didn’t want to) and when I was able to lose baby weight postpartum quickly, everyone said it was so easy for me, but in reality I worked hard every day to prepare to do it.

My favourite was the “how do you have so much time to workout??” Ummm I don’t. I either woke up at 5am to workout or went for a 7pm workout since my husband worked 12s…if you want it you’ll make time for it!!

I’ve gotten “omg you’ve lost more weight. Don’t lose anymore or you’re going to disappear.” (Mind you I’m only 5 lbs away from my pre baby weight. Yes, it is my goal to get back to that weight. It is so hard to workout everyday but I do it because I want to feel comfortable in my body. It is crazy that ppl really think it’s ok to comment on someone’s body. Especially a PP mama)
