We purchased a GE washer and dryer through Lowe’s, but delivery couldn’t be completed because critical parts were missing. Without these parts, the units could not be safely secured to the pedestals, which would have been a serious safety risk for our family, including our small children. Despite being promised a replacement delivery within a few days, Lowe’s canceled our order and refunded it, claiming we “refused delivery”—which is completely false. This failure was entirely Lowe’s’ fault, and now we’ve lost the sale price and discount we originally paid. We trusted Lowe’s to deliver safely and fairly. This experience reflects poor customer service, unsafe handling, and an unfair cancellation.

When you order new appliances, you expect them new, secure, and complete. Instead, Lowe’s sends damaged products with missing brackets, then shrugs it off. Total failure.
